The attention of Management of the National Ambulance Service has been drawn to a false and misleading reportage currently in circulation.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. George Kojo Owusu, reaffirmed the Service’s unwavering commitment to the continuous servicing and maintenance of the existing fleet of ambulances. This process remains ongoing and uninterrupted.
The Service will continue to maintain and operate the current fleet effectively while awaiting the delivery of additional ambulances to further strengthen emergency response across the country.
We urge the public to disregard the said publication and rely only on official communication from the National Ambulance Service.
