Minister of Health, Ashanti Regional Minister and NAS CEO Lead Delegation to Final Funeral Rites of Late Mrs. Florence Boateng

The Minister of Health, Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, together with the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, and Chief Executive Officer of the National Ambulance Service (NAS), Dr. (Med) George Kojo Owusu, today joined family, traditional leaders, government officials, and mourners at Bremang in the Ashanti Region for the final funeral rites of the late Mrs. Florence Boateng, wife of the Chairman of the NAS Governing Board, Nana Baffour Kotei Kutin Sraman II, Bremanghene.
The high-level delegation attended the funeral to pay their last respects to the late Mrs. Boateng and to express solidarity with the Board Chairman and his family during their period of bereavement.
The NAS delegation was led by Dr. (Med) George Kojo Owusu and comprised members of Management and staff from the National Ambulance Service. Their presence underscored the Service’s support for its Board Chairman and recognition of the invaluable role Mrs. Boateng played in the lives of her family and community.
The funeral attracted a gathering of traditional authorities, clergy, public officials, friends, and sympathisers from across the country who came to celebrate the life and legacy of the late Mrs. Florence Boateng.
Speaking with members of the bereaved family, the Minister of Health and the NAS CEO conveyed their deepest condolences and offered prayers for strength, comfort, and peace for Nana Baffour Kotei Kutin Sraman II and his family.
Management and staff of the National Ambulance Service extend their heartfelt sympathies to the Board Chairman and the entire bereaved family.
May her soul rest in perfect peace.
